I’ve just discovered AntiRSI by Onne Gorter, a free program for Mac OS X that helps prevent RSI (repetitive strain injury) and other computer related stress by reminding the user to take breaks. I’ve just started using it but so far I especially like the fact that you can tell the program when you’re taking a natural break, in which case the program resets its timer to zero instead of reminding you to take a timed break too soon. You can also specify “micro pauses” between the longer work breaks.
