Hey, J.K.!
Anyone else out there anticipating the next Harry Potter book? I co-wrote a song, Hey, J.K.! with my group, Urban Tapestry. No spoilers…just lots of speculation.
You can hear the song on Urban Tapestry’s MySpace page (the first song listed).

Thanks for the get well wishes; I’m feeling much better now. Looking forward to getting back to a normal work schedule this week!
Anyone else out there on Facebook? I’ve written a Blathering about Facebook vs MySpace and other social networking sites. I think that Facebook has marketing/PR potential for some writers, especially those who write [...]

Got back from California last night; you can
read about my tour of Google. I have a ton of e-mail to catch up on, so thanks for your patience if you’ve written and I haven’t responded.
Above photo: my MOO Minicards have arrived! I recently tried a bunch of designs as an experiment; I’m hoping to start using these as promotional bookmarks / business cards. Here’s what the other side of the card looks like:

You can see the 20 designs I chose for my cards
here. My LJ user icon photo is by
Beckett Gladney. I’ll be posting a more in-depth review of the process, print quality, etc. in an upcoming
Blatherings, as well as how writers might use these cards.
If you mail me one of your MOO Minicards, I’ll mail one of mine. Please make sure you include a CLEARLY WRITTEN address. And if you’re a writer who already finds MOO Minicards helpful, please do let me know how you’re using them.
