MOO Minicards!

MOO Minicards
Got back from California last night; you can read about my tour of Google. I have a ton of e-mail to catch up on, so thanks for your patience if you’ve written and I haven’t responded.

Above photo: my MOO Minicards have arrived! I recently tried a bunch of designs as an experiment; I’m hoping to start using these as promotional bookmarks / business cards. Here’s what the other side of the card looks like:

Back of MOO Minicard / MOO swap?
You can see the 20 designs I chose for my cards here. My LJ user icon photo is by Beckett Gladney. I’ll be posting a more in-depth review of the process, print quality, etc. in an upcoming Blatherings, as well as how writers might use these cards.

If you mail me one of your MOO Minicards, I’ll mail one of mine. Please make sure you include a CLEARLY WRITTEN address. And if you’re a writer who already finds MOO Minicards helpful, please do let me know how you’re using them.

So where does one find the pasture for the Moo cards? And does Google need high school teachers? I can conjugate “to google” and make all sorts of past and present participles and gerunds.

I never heard of them. They are very cute. I had to go surf them and they are using your grouping as an example of what people are doing. I will have to look more.

I was home, you know.

Not feeling left out.

Much.

Katharine: Thanks!

Christa: :-D

Moe: I’ve been curious to see how other people are using them.

Sal: Don’t feel left out! Jeff & I only had a few days free after the convention, and way more friends we wanted to see than we had days available. :-(

After the convention, we basically spent two days with the friends who originally inspired our California trip in the first place (and it still wasn’t enough time), and one day with friends from college. And then we went home.

It was SO HARD leaving that lovely California weather…
