I have at least three gigantic fiction anthologies from college. I hardly read them for class. I don’t read them now. But I always think, “Maybe someday I’ll grow into them.”

My husband and I are moving at the end of August. Just today he took three big boxes of books to Half Price and sold them. It’s hard to do - but I’m not moving all that stuff again. Besides, we don’t need it and won’t ever read it again. And I’m tired of dusting it.

I don’t have a problem with this. If I’m not reading a book ever again and it has no special meaning to me, then I’m more than willing to give it to someone who’ll appreciate it and read it. I feel books should be read and shared.
